Resolved Question: Windows Photo Gallery Problem? 1 Mar 2010, 5:31 pm
Ok i have been trying to save a picture to my computer, saving it works fine except that it does not show the thumbnail for the picture and it will not open it. It opens by default to Windows Photo Gallery, but when opened with that it comes up with “Photo Gallery can’t open this picture or video. This file format is not supported, or you don’t have the latest updates to Photo Gallery.” It will not open in any other program either such as Paint or a free image editor called Paint.net. A smaller version of the picture worked fine, so why wouldn’t the large version open? It was 8mb but i have had pictures 3000×3000 open just fine. Can someone tell me why that one is having problems and if so any way to fix it?I also need to add, i resized a smaller version of the pic that worked, got it up to 7500 wide and 13Mb file size and it worked just fine, yet an 8Mb file wouldn’t.

I’m having my first showing at a gallery and need to find a reasonable printer in L.A. that can do gallery quality images enlarged from digital files and also mounted. I don’t have a printer so I need to have this done..thanks

I already downloaded the zip folder and I have it in my computer, but I have absolutely no idea of what to do now. I have a blog in Blogger, and I want to put pictures in it. BTW its http://theswiftfollower.blogspot.com/ …So I’ve got the folder and the blog.. now what do I do?? thanks!! =)
